ABOUT FFO22
‘Get Out’ is based on the interaction between humans and their immediate environment in urban cityscapes, and how this relationship has changed after the global pandemic. With this as a starting point, we find many related topics and issues that have been addressed by artists and photographers. Some of them have centered and isolated the questions, problems, and challenges that urban spaces create, but they have also documented the joy and play that cities bring to our lives.
After several years where we have dealt more with the private space and sphere in our day-to-day life, the festival encourages people to get out into the urban landscape again. ‘Get Out!’ takes place at several locations and venues along Møllergata in Oslo, where the festival has its headquarters.
